ripplestitchBlanket 1 (Lyra's Hue Shift afghan) and Blanket 2 (Anniversary Log Cabin Blanket) are in progress, and I have just ordered some of the yarn for Blanket 3, which will be smaller than both of the others and is needed sooner to keep my leggies warm in my wheelchair this coming winter.
The plan is for a Ten Stitch Blanket in 2 shades of Chroma Worsted, because I couldn't get enough in one colourway and the two I was torn between look like they had a colour overlap so that might look cool. It doesn't matter really if they blend as well as I imagine, it'll be a riot of colour on my lap either way, which will look v nice with my black winter coat.
I just started listening to a sci fi series I've never heard of before but is free on audible (The "Fallen Empire Ominubus" books 1-3), and I expect that will be my soundtrack to most of whatever I make over the next week or so. It's ok so far. Shrug emoji.
